In accord with the numerous reasons articulated by the courts in In re Markovich, 207 B.R. 909 (BAP 9th Cir. 1997) and In re Leiter, 109 B.R. 922 (Bankr. N.D.Ind. 1990), there being no compelling circumstances, and there being other options available to the debtors;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion of the debtors to set aside the discharge order of December 22, 1998 and to convert the case to one under chapter 13 of the U. S. Bankruptcy Code is OVERRULED.
