ORDER

This matter is before the court on the first, supplemental, second and third interim applications of Anderson, Kill, Olick and Oshinsky, co-counsel for the committee of unsecured creditors, for compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses incurred during the period of February 13, 1989, to February 28, 1990.

In conformity with the memorandum opinion this day entered, IT IS ORDERED:

Compensation for services rendered from March 9, 1989, through February 28, 1990, is fixed at the sum of $207,571.63 and reimbursement of expenses incurred during the same period is fixed at the sum of $11,190.29, provided, however, the overall amount of $218,761.92 is reduced by the sum of $25,000.00, resulting in a net allowance for compensation and expenses of $193,761.92.

The debtor in possession is authorized to disburse to

Anderson, Kill, Olick and Oshinsky the sum of $193,761.92.
