The motion of the defendant debtor Ivis Lee Wright to hold this proceeding in abeyance and to extend the time required for her to file an answer to the complaint is overruled. Hayes v. Shaefer, 399 F.2d 300 (6th Cir. 1968).

IT IS ORDERED that the relief requested in the complaint by the plaintiff trustee is granted. The trustee shall sell the property known as 1612 Cantrill Drive, Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. The interests of the parties in the property shall attach to the proceeds of sale in the same order of priority as to the property. Distribution of proceeds shall be subject to further order of the court.
