That this case be and the same hereby is dismissed for unreasonable delay and gross mismanagement by the debtor that is prejudicial to creditors, and for the continuing loss or diminution of the estate and the absence of a reasonable likelihood of rehabilitation. The court, however, shall retain jurisdiction solely for the purpose of determining the proper distribution of monies held by the chapter 12 trustee.
