SYNOPSIS

"On these facts the court is persuaded that no useful purpose relating to administration of the estate would be served in permitting the examination of the debtor under Rule 2004. It is difficult to perceive how examination of the debtor at this late date fits within the scope of the examination contemplated by the rule. Accordingly, the motion of the debtor to set aside the order . . . authorizing the movants to conduct a Rule 2004 examination of the debtor is sustained."
