In conformity with the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the court entered herein this date:

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the debtor, Century Offshore Management Corporation is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. the motion of the debtor for summary judgment disallowing the royalty claim of the United States Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, is sustained.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the cross-motion of the United States Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service for summary judgment is denied.

There is no just reason for delay. This is a final and appealable order.
