SYNOPSIS

The application of the debtor in possession to employ Ronald A. Newcomer as attorney retroactive to the date of the filing of the petition was denied. In addition, Mr. Newcomer was ordered to turnover $7,000 he received from the debtor prior to bankruptcy in view of the failure of Mr. Newcomer to file a statement in conformity with Rule 2016(a).
