SHOW CAUSE ORDER

 

The Court having issued its Order for Trial in this matter on August 8, 1994, requiring the parties to submit certain documents, lists, filings, briefs and other matters to the Court, and the Court having reviewed the file on December 7, 1994, and it appearing that the Plaintiff and the Defendants have failed to timely and substantially comply with the terms of said Order for Trial, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Plaintiff and the Defendants shall appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Plaintiff's Complaint should not be dismissed, or in the alternative, the Defendants' Answers should not be stricken and a Judgment entered against them for failure to timely and substantially comply with the Order for Trial issued herein on August 8, 1994. Late filing of required documents does not excuse counsels' presence at the show cause hearing.

This Rule is returnable before the Court on December 15, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. at the United States Bankruptcy Courtroom, City Building, 805 S. Main Street, Corbin, Kentucky.
