IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff's Motion for Summary is sustained, and he may avoid the lien of defendant Oakwood Acceptance Corporation. The lien is preserved for the benefit of the estate.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant Oakwood Acceptance Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment is overruled.
